About me, Chris Spealler 

I’ve seen it time and time again. 

In the pursuit of excellence in one area, often business or career, we neglect others, often our health and  our fitness.

Sometimes that’s what it takes. 

Climbing to the top isn’t for the faint of heart.

And maybe that’s the cost of making it.

Or maybe there’s a better way. I believe there is. And I’m in a unique position to guide you towards it.

Over a career as an athlete and coach spanning 30+ years, I’ve learned to separate what works and what doesn’t.

01. Commit to
becoming RaHD

When you sign up, we’ll first shake hands, then we’ll get straight to work.

Any great undertaking requires an action plan. We’ll take stock of where you’re at, choose a Misogi (more on that below), and plan out training that aligns with your schedule and lifestyle.

02. Train with me 1-on-1

Work with me in person up to 2 times/week. These sessions go beyond normal personal training. 

These are intensive mentorship sessions that just so happen to take place while you’re training.

For the rest of the week you’ll have specific programming tailored to you. Perform it in the gym (membership included) or at a location of your choice.

03. Grow your mind

I will guide you in 4 key Action Areas, where you will learn more about health and fitness in these 12 months than you have in the previous decade, possibly more.

This isn’t just about workouts. It’s work-life balance, setting goals, establishing sustainable habits, and becoming a healthier version of yourself as a WHOLE person.

Learn what movements will maximize results, get you closer to safely and effectively achieving your goals, and how to make movement sustainable for a lifetime.

We will analyze your life and assess work/life balance, goal setting, sustainable habits, your “sticking points” and the tactics to overcome them.

a Misogi.

Misogi is a Japanese term that refers to a unique and challenging practice of purification. 

In traditional Japanese culture, Misogi involves immersing oneself in cold water or standing beneath a waterfall to purify the body and mind. 

In contemporary times, Misogi has taken on a broader meaning.

It is a challenge that pushes you to your limits and forces you to confront your fears, doubts, and weaknesses. 

It is believed that a Misogi keeps you on track, building the kind of strength, resilience, and skill required to become the kind of human capable of your chosen endeavor.

This will be a key element to your experience and will serve as a transformative goal that will help keep you on track.

The beautiful thing is that the pursuit of your Misogi only succeeds when we transform your work-life balance, set goals, establish sustainable habits, and look at your health as a WHOLE.
