When you sign up, we’ll first shake hands, then we’ll get straight to work.
Any great undertaking requires an action plan. We’ll take stock of where you’re at, choose a Misogi (more on that below), and plan out training that aligns with your schedule and lifestyle.
Work with me in person up to 2 times/week. These sessions go beyond normal personal training.
These are intensive mentorship sessions that just so happen to take place while you’re training.
For the rest of the week you’ll have specific programming tailored to you. Perform it in the gym (membership included) or at a location of your choice.
I will guide you in 4 key Action Areas, where you will learn more about health and fitness in these 12 months than you have in the previous decade, possibly more.

We will analyze your life and assess work/life balance, goal setting, sustainable habits, your “sticking points” and the tactics to overcome them.
Misogi is a Japanese term that refers to a unique and challenging practice of purification.
In traditional Japanese culture, Misogi involves immersing oneself in cold water or standing beneath a waterfall to purify the body and mind.
In contemporary times, Misogi has taken on a broader meaning.
It is a challenge that pushes you to your limits and forces you to confront your fears, doubts, and weaknesses.
It is believed that a Misogi keeps you on track, building the kind of strength, resilience, and skill required to become the kind of human capable of your chosen endeavor.
This will be a key element to your experience and will serve as a transformative goal that will help keep you on track.
