Your sleep is pretty good, so we'll keep this in 'maintenance' mode. You will notice that it improves even more with the nutrition tweaks we make.
We'll work through the ideal workout schedule, and I'll ensure that programming drives resilience and endurance for backcountry skiing.
We will analyze your life and assess work/life balance, goal setting, sustainable habits, your “sticking points” and the tactics to overcome them.
There are no windfalls to health and fitness when it comes to looking at the whole person.
There isn’t a quick fix.
It’s not a short-term challenge, and it isn’t cheap.
But it’s going to change your life.
When you commit to this process for 12 months, I commit to giving you every shred of knowledge I have to coach you to success.
